Ending Health Inequities in Indiana
A day-long conference, offered at no-cost to participants, seeking to explore inequities in healthcare and services provided to minority populations in Indiana. Our focus demographics will be African American MSM, women of color, and African American and Latinx transgender men and women. It is our intention to present an agenda that focuses not only on the issues and consequences of health inequality, but also encourages innovation in service delivery among providers.
